DRM shotwave software photo.

Here is a photo of what DRM shortwave software looks like. Get used to it (LOL), as many shortwave broadcasters may only be heard via this mode in the future. For example, the only way to hear Deutsche Welle beamed towards North America is via a DRM transmitter (in Sackville, Canada).

Here is a photo of the W1AAC listening post.

On the top is the Ten-Tec RX-350D, which I have linked into a Toshiba A105 computer. Under that is a Drake R8A receiver. The radio on the bottom is a Kenwood TS-440/AT amateur radio tranceiver. The box on top is a Vectronics active antenna. Also, underneath the screw driver to the side of them is a Kaito KA1102 portable. What's scarier....I have ten or more SW radios I am not currently using!!!

Vatican Radio DRM broadcast, May 28, 2006.

This was recorded from 2319 to 2344 UTC on 9750. It breaks up a bit at the beginning, but is coming in real good, until sign-off. Enjoy the soundfile.
